The Rental Lifecycle at a Glance

A Skorppio rental moves through six stages: account setup and verification, building a quote, order review and agreement, shipping and setup, in-use support, and end of rental. This article is the map — each stage links to the dedicated article that covers it in full.

Stage 1 — Account Setup and Verification

Before you can transact with Skorppio, your account needs to be created and identity-verified.

Stage 2 — Build Your Quote

Once your account is verified, browse the catalog and configure your rental.

Stage 3 — Submit and Confirm the Order

After you submit, a Skorppio sales tech reviews availability, sends the rental agreement, and processes payment.

Stage 4 — Shipping and Setup

Once your agreement is signed and payment is in, your hardware ships pre-configured and ready to deploy.

Stage 5 — During the Rental

Technical support is included for the duration of your rental. Reach out anytime.

Stage 6 — End of Rental: Return or Extend

As your end date approaches, you can return the equipment or extend.

Manage payment methods, invoices, and billing issues from the Billing page in your portal at any stage of the lifecycle.
