Before You Return
A return label is already in the box your hardware arrived in. Back up your data, repack everything in the original case, slap on the label, and ship it. You are not charged rental fees while the equipment is in transit back to us.
Back up your data. All drives are wiped upon return using NIST 800-88 compliant procedures. Skorppio is not responsible for any data left on returned equipment.
Do not modify internal components. Equipment must be returned in the same internal configuration as received. Customers are not permitted to install, remove, or tamper with internal hardware.
Repack in the original case. Use the mil-spec shipping case the equipment arrived in. Include all original cables and accessories.
Return Shipping Process
A return shipping label is included in your original packaging. Affix the label to the shipping case and schedule a carrier pickup or drop off at the appropriate location.
For enterprise customers, Skorppio can arrange return shipment coordination in most cases. For individual rentals, coordination may be available β contact our team. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Return Inspection and Damage
All returned equipment is inspected upon receipt. Normal wear consistent with standard professional use is expected. The customer is responsible for all damage β internal and external β beyond normal wear.
If damage is identified during inspection, you will be notified and repair or replacement costs assessed.
Return Deadline and Late Returns
Ship the equipment so it arrives by your rental end date. You will receive email reminders at seven days, three days, one day before, and on the day of return.
If equipment is not returned by the scheduled date and no extension has been arranged, holdover charges and additional fees will apply.
