How Do Refunds Work?

Refunds are assessed as per each rental contract and along with our Terms Of Service. Skorppio transactions are non-refundable, or returnable .

How to Request a Refund

Skorppio's transactions are non-returnable, or refundable unless an event as outlined in our terms of service or the specific rental agreement outline a refund may be due. Contact support with your order number and issue to learn more.

How Refunds Are Processed

Although Skorppio does not accept returns, or refunds on orders, in the event a refund of funds is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellation Fees and Early Termination

Leases

Skorppio Lease Agreements or Lease Contracts are not applicable for cancellation or early termination. The full and total amount of the lease contract must be paid in association with the lease agreement.

Rentals

Skorppio's rental terms are flexible and allow early termination , but termination fees may apply depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation. In addition to termination fees, duration based pricing rate incentives will be re-assessed at the time which the equipment is returned to Skorppio's facilities.

Cancellations are not considered finalized until the equipment is returned to our facility.


Here is an example of how Skorppio's duration based pricing works. These prices are only for example and not a price quote (shipping and taxes are not refundable).

Computer "A" rents for $100/week base rate.
Computer "A" rents for $250/month when a duration of 3 Months is selected.Total invoiced amount for the rental is $750.

Customer decides to cancel and return the equipment after 3 weeks of use.

Skorppio re-calculates the final invoiced amount which uses weekly base rate of $100/week instead of duration price. Customer pays a final invoiced amount of $300 plus any shipping, tax, or early termination fees associated with the rental contract.
