How Does Renting from Skorppio Work?

How the Rental Process Works

The short version: create an account, pick your hardware, submit the order, sign a rental agreement, and we ship it to you pre-configured. The whole process runs through your online portal, with a real person reviewing every order before it goes out

  1. Create your account. Register at skorppio.com/customer/register with your name, email, and company information. Once registered, you get immediate access to the full catalog with real-time pricing and availability.

  2. Browse and configure. Explore available systems in the catalog. Select your hardware, choose your rental duration (weekly or monthly), and build your quote.

  3. Submit your order. Once you have finalized your configuration, submit your order for review. A Skorppio sales tech reviews your order and confirms availability.

  4. Order confirmation and payment. After review, you receive a rental agreement. Once the agreement is signed and payment is processed, your order moves to fulfillment.

  5. Receive your hardware. Equipment ships pre-configured with your operating system and drivers installed. Standard delivery is 1–3 business days on in-stock items, with overnight shipping available in the continental US.

  6. Use it. Deploy your hardware and get to work. Technical support is available throughout your rental period via phone, email, or chat.

  7. Return or extend. When your rental period ends, return the equipment using the included return shipping label — or contact our team to extend.

What Ships with Your Rental

Every rental includes the system itself, power cables, and a mil-spec Pelican (or equivalent) shipping case for secure transport. The operating system and drivers come pre-installed.

If you need a full software stack deployed, that service is available at an additional cost. Monitors, keyboards, and other peripherals are not included by default.

Pricing and Billing

Pricing is based on system configuration and rental duration, with better rates on longer-term rentals. All pricing is visible in real time when you log into your account.

Skorppio accepts credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers. Qualified enterprise customers may be eligible for Net 15 or Net 30 invoicing and purchase order–based purchasing. See What Payment Terms Do You Offer? for details.
