What Ships with Every Rental
When your rental arrives, here is what is in the box: the system itself, power cables, a rugged mil-spec shipping case (Pelican or equivalent), and a pre-paid return label. The OS and GPU drivers are already installed β plug in and go.
The hardware system (workstation, server, render node, or laptop) in your selected configuration
Power cables and any required adapters
Mil-spec Pelican or equivalent shipping case for secure transport and return
Operating system (pre-installed)
Current GPU drivers (pre-installed)
Return shipping label (included in packaging)
Software and Configuration
All systems ship with the operating system and GPU drivers installed. If you need a custom software stack β frameworks, development tools, or application-specific configurations β deployment is available at an additional cost. Contact our team before placing your order.
Technical Support During Your Rental
Technical support is included for the duration of your rental at no additional cost. Our support team is available via phone, email, and chat and responds within one business day. For urgent hardware issues, mention "urgent" in your message for priority handling.
What Is Not Included
The following items are not part of a standard rental and may be available separately:
Monitors, displays, and peripherals (keyboards, mice, etc.)
Networking equipment (switches, cables, etc.)
Custom software stack deployment (available at additional cost)
On-site installation or setup services
Certificate of data destruction (available at additional cost upon return)
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in both directions. Skorppio can arrange return shipment coordination in most cases for enterprise customers.
