How Equipment Is Shipped
Your hardware shows up ready to go — OS installed, drivers loaded, packed in a rugged mil-spec case. Unbox it, connect power and network, and you are working. No imaging, no setup wizard, no waiting.
All hardware ships in rugged, mil-spec Pelican or equivalent cases designed to protect high-value equipment in transit. The shipping carrier depends on the size and weight of your order:
FedEx — Standard shipments (workstations, laptops)
FedEx Freight — Larger systems and multi-machine orders
RockIt Cargo — Specialized white-glove freight for high-value or oversized equipment
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in both directions. A return shipping label is included in the packaging.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
Equipment delivers to your specified business address. Unpack the system from its shipping case, connect power and network cables, and power on. No imaging, driver installation, or manual setup required.
Keep the shipping case — you will use it to return the equipment at the end of your rental period.
Hardware Setup and Installation
Standard rentals are self-install. The system arrives with the operating system and current GPU drivers pre-installed. For most users, setup means connecting power, plugging into your network, and logging in.
If you need a custom software stack deployed (frameworks, tools, or application-specific configurations), this service is available at an additional cost. Contact our team before placing your order.
Site Requirements for Your Location
You are responsible for providing the following at your deployment location:
Adequate power (standard 120V or 240V outlets depending on the system — check your order details for power requirements)
Network connectivity (Ethernet recommended for best performance)
Physical space appropriate for the system size and adequate ventilation
