How to Get Support
Click the Support tab in your customer portal to launch Aiden, Skorppio's AI support assistant. Aiden is available 24/7 and can answer questions, surface help articles, and open a support ticket on your behalf.
Log in at skorppio.com/customer/dashboard.
Click the Support tab in the portal menu. Aiden opens in a chat window.
Ask your question in plain language — about an order, your account, billing, hardware, or anything else.
Aiden will answer directly, link to a relevant help article, or open a support ticket and route it to the right person on the Skorppio team.
Meet Aiden, Skorppio's AI Support Assistant
Aiden (spelled A-I-D-E-N) is Skorppio's AI-powered support assistant. Aiden is trained on Skorppio's product, policies, and Help Center and can resolve most common questions on the spot. When a question needs a human, Aiden seamlessly opens a ticket and hands it to the Skorppio team.
What You Can Do in the Support Tab
Ask any question — about your account, an order, billing, hardware, returns, verification, or anything else Skorppio related.
File a support ticket — Aiden can open and route a ticket when your question needs a human teammate.
Find help articles — Aiden surfaces the right Help Center article when one exists.
Get help 24/7 — Aiden is always available, even outside Skorppio's business hours.
All Support Tickets Go Through the Chatbot
All support tickets should be opened through Aiden in the Support tab. This keeps every ticket attached to the correct account, routed to the right team, and tracked end-to-end. Aiden will collect the relevant details from you and pass them along to a Skorppio teammate.
Where to Find Past Conversations
Past conversations with Aiden and the Skorppio team live in the Messages tab of your customer portal. Open Messages to review previous tickets, follow up on an open issue, or see Skorppio's reply to a request you sent earlier.
