Closing Your Skorppio Account

You can ask us to close your Skorppio account at any time. Closing your account disables your login and ends all account activity. Before You Request Closure

  • Return any active rentals. All equipment must be returned and your rentals closed out before we can process a closure. See How Do I Return My Equipment?

  • Settle any open invoices. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full.

  • Download anything you want to keep. Save copies of invoices and documents from the Billing and Documents tabs before your access is removed.

How to Request Account Closure

Just ask us in chat. Open the Support tab in your customer portal to reach Aiden and say you would like to close your account. There is no separate form to fill out — Aiden will collect a few details and open a closure request for you on the spot.

What We Will Need From You

To verify the request and route it correctly, please have ready:

  • The email address on the account

  • Your company name

  • Confirmation that you are the account owner or are authorized to close the account

  • Confirmation that all rentals have been returned and any balance is paid

  • Your reason for closing (optional, but it helps us improve)

What Happens After You Request

  1. Aiden opens a closure request and attaches it to your account.

  2. A member of our team reviews the request and verifies account ownership.

  3. We confirm by email and process the closure once all rentals, payments, and transactions are finalized.

Account closures are handled by our team over email, not instantly in chat. This protects your account so it can only be closed by the verified owner. We will reach out within one business day of your request.

What Is Kept and What Is Removed

Closing your account removes your access to the customer portal and stops all account activity. We retain business records — rental agreements, invoices, and identity-verification records — for the period required by law and our Terms of Service.
