How Do I Upload Documents to My Account?

Upload requested documents like a certificate of insurance or proof of address from the Documents tab inside Account in your Skorppio customer portal. Email submission is not accepted unless explicitly requested.

How to Upload a Document

Documents are uploaded inside your customer portal under AccountDocuments. When a Skorppio representative requests a document from you — for example, a certificate of insurance or proof of address — log in, navigate to this tab, and upload the file directly.

  1. Navigate to Account and open the Documents tab.

  2. Select the document type or upload field that matches what Skorppio requested.

  3. Upload your file. The document will be associated with your account immediately.

  4. Reply to the Skorppio representative who requested the document to confirm the upload, if needed.

What Kinds of Documents Get Uploaded Here

The Documents tab is the central location for any document Skorppio needs to process your order or verify your account. Common examples include:

  • Certificate of Insurance — required for certain commercial rentals and higher-value deployments.

  • Proof of Address — used to confirm the delivery or billing address associated with your account.

  • Any other document Skorppio requests — for order verification, account verification, or compliance purposes.

A Skorppio representative will reach out and tell you exactly which document is needed and when. If you have not been asked to upload anything, there is nothing for you to do here.

Documents Are Not Accepted by Email

Please do not send documents to Skorppio over email. The portal is the only accepted channel — it keeps your documents associated with the correct account, securely stored, and easy to locate later. The one exception is when a Skorppio staff member explicitly asks you to send a document by email; otherwise, always use the Documents tab in the portal.

How to Request Deletion of an Uploaded Document

Documents cannot be deleted from the portal directly. Deletion is by request only. To request that a document be removed, contact Skorppio staff with:

  • The file name of the document you want deleted

  • A brief reason for the request

Our team will confirm the deletion once it is complete.

Privacy and Use of Uploaded Documents

By uploading documents to Skorppio, you agree to our privacy policy as accepted when you created your account. Uploaded documents are used solely for the account or order verification purpose for which they were requested.
